THE PTI
When should I get my PTI?
All vehicles are required to take the PTI test.
When the PTI test is taken for the first time and the frequency of testing vary according to the type of vehicle and its age.
Book an appointment before the expiry date.
First inspection
This depends on the type of vehicle and its date of registration. You can find this on the vehicle registration document.
Subsequent PTIs
There are various places where you can find the PTI expiry date:
On the back of the PTI card.
In the report on the last PTI performed.
On the sticker.
