Terms & Conditions of the "FREE MOT for Early Booking" Raffle – Applus+ Iteuve Catalunya

1. Organising Company

Applus+ Iteuve Technology, S.L.U. is organising a promotional raffle called "FREE MOT for Early Booking", exclusively for its MOT stations in Catalunya, with the goal of encouraging early appointment booking for vehicle inspections.

2. Scope of the Promotion

This raffle is only valid at Applus+ Iteuve MOT stations located in Catalunya.

3. Participants

All individuals aged 18 or older may enter the raffle if they meet the following conditions:
• Book a vehicle inspection (MOT) at an Applus+ Iteuve station in Catalunya.
• Book the appointment at least 20 calendar days in advance of the inspection date.
• Complete the booking process via our official website or app.
• Explicitly accept these terms and our data protection policy.

4. Raffle Mechanics

• Each valid booking will automatically count as one entry in the raffle.
• One entry per valid booking that meets the 20-day minimum advance condition.
• The raffle will be held monthly with the bookings made in that month.

5. Prizes

Each month, Applus+ Iteuve will raffle free inspections among valid participants. The prize consists of the full refund of the MOT cost, made via the original payment method.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly using a computer system from all valid bookings for the month.
• Applus+ Iteuve will contact winners via the email or phone number provided during booking.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 calendar days, a substitute winner will be selected.

7. Data Protection

Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the raffle, entrants accept these terms and conditions in full. Applus+ Iteuve reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the raffle with due notice through its official channels.

9. Taxation

The prize is subject to applicable tax regulations. If the value exceeds the tax-exempt threshold, the relevant withholdings will be applied according to Spanish law.
